The owner, Isobelle Leggett ACIM, has spent the last seven years working in Corporate Communications in the Higher Education sector, sub-editing and editing newsletters, magazines and e-bulletins, writing press releases, presentations, leaflets and brochures and organising corporate events. Her background is not only in marketing and public relations, but also in Employment Consultancy - she previously owned a consultancy in London and can advise on writing CVs. She has vast experience as an Executive PA both at home and abroad, in Development Corporations, Management Consultancies, the pharmaceutical industry and construction industry. She has also worked in fashion retail as a boutique owner and manager for a chain of fashion boutiques and, together with her experience in catering and hospitality, has a complete understanding of the importance of customer focus and satisfaction.
